Turmeric & Hemp Loaf Mix

A delicious savoury and wonderfully aromatic alternative to wheat bread, crafted from whole food ingredients including turmeric and hemp seed. This is the perfect way to keep a bread handy in your pantry until you are ready to fill your house with the glorious smells of this loaf baking.

The finished loaf has a crunchy crust, and a dense texture, biceps are required for slicing. Delicious toasted and topped with your favourite cheese or butter and other toppings.

Ingredients:
Tapioca flour, almond meal, sunflower seeds, linseed, cashew nuts, walnuts, hemp seeds (2.1%), turmeric (1.4%), chia seeds, garlic, thyme, baking powder, sea salt, black pepper.

You will need:

  • 25g lemon juice 

  • 35g olive oil 

  • 210g water 

The finished loaf can be refrigerated for up to 14 days, then sliced and frozen for up to three months.

These mixes are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, wheat, egg, cereals, crustacea, fish (including shellfish), sesame, and lupin may be.
